Authenticity Guarantee

We guarantee that all our Shilajit products are authentic, sourced from the Himalayas, and properly purified. All products undergo third-party testing for quality assurance.

Placing Orders

When you place an order:

• You must provide accurate contact and shipping information
• You are responsible for ensuring the shipping address is correct
• Order confirmation does not guarantee product availability
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion

Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

• Prepaid: EasyPaisa, JazzCash (FREE delivery)
• Cash on Delivery (COD): Pay when you receive (₨150 delivery fee)

Prepaid Orders

For prepaid orders, you must submit payment proof (transaction ID and screenshot). Orders will be processed only after payment verification. False payment information may result in order cancellation and potential legal action.

Pricing

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to:

• Change prices at any time without prior notice
• Honor prices that were displayed at the time of order placement
• Correct pricing errors even after an order is placed

Shipping and Delivery

Delivery Fees

• Prepaid orders: FREE delivery nationwide
• Cash on Delivery orders: ₨150 delivery fee

Delivery Time

Standard delivery takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by:

• Courier service delays
• Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
• Natural disasters or unforeseen circumstances
• Holidays or public events

Order Tracking

You can track your order status using your phone number or email on our Track Order page. You will receive updates as your order progresses through different stages.

Return Policy

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• Product is damaged or defective upon arrival
• Wrong product was delivered
• Product seal is intact (for quality and safety reasons)
• Return request is made within 7 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Opened or used products (for health and safety reasons)
• Products with broken seals

Refund Process

If your return is approved:

• Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days
• Prepaid orders will be refunded to the original payment method
• COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer or mobile wallet
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was ours
